We offer small businesses and private households the opportunity to receive maintenance and repair service quickly and inexpensively. As an experienced software company, we also offer software development services. We will be happy to advise you free of charge by e-mail or come directly to your home or company for a fee. You commission us by telephone, or in writing via chat or e-mail.

With a qualified analysis of your device or system, we can give you facts before you do your dealer the favor of buying a new computer or system. We find out whether it is a software error or damage to the hardware.

Pick up and delivery service
Use our pick-up and delivery service and save yourself the hassle of delivering. We can pick up your computer, check it, repair it, and bring it back to you sanitized. (Berlin and Brandenburg).

On-site repair
We can carry out almost all work on-site, i.e. at your home or office, on an outpatient basis, so to speak. In severe cases, we recommend that your PC be hospitalized in our workshop.

Process

Simply download the repair form and fill it out either digitally (PDF file) or after printing it out. Put the order together with the computer in a box and send it as an insured package to our address:

After the goods have been received, you will receive a confirmation with a processing number by e-mail or you will be notified by telephone.

After troubleshooting and checking the functions of your device, you will usually receive a cost estimate by e-mail or telephone after approx. 1 - 3 working days. If you do not wish your device to be repaired after receiving the estimated repair costs, we will send them back to you immediately and unrepaired. In this case you only pay the shipping costs. When you place an order, we immediately start repairing your device.

Once the repair has been completed, we will send you the invoice for payment by bank transfer, Paypal or Pay per Link.

After receipt of payment, we will return the device to you as an insured package.

Data recovery process

1. You send us your data carrier, bring it to us personally or arrange for it to be picked up.
2. You will receive our fixed price offer within 24 hours of receiving your data carrier.
3. Accept our offer and we will start data recovery immediately.
4. You get the rescued data back on a new disk. If desired, a data carrier provided by you can also be used. You can get your defective data carrier back on request or we will dispose of it professionally free of charge.
